HART, Derek Passed away peacefully on the 22nd July, 2009. His loving family and friends will sadly miss him. Funeral service has taken place. Donations in memory of Derek will go to Iain Rennie Hospice at Home or Macmillan Nurses, c/o Beacon Funeral Services, 27 Rose Avenue, Hazlemere, Bucks. HP15 7PH Tel. 01494 818181
