Stephen (Sis) AMBURY: 14.03.67 - 11.08.09. Suddenly at home. Loving Husband to Rachel and devoted Dad to Lewis and Nathan. Much loved Twin Brother of Sarah and younger Brother of Sue. Private Cremation. A service of Thanksgiving for Stephen's life will be held at Colchester Baptist Church, Eld Lane, Colchester on Wednesday 26th August at 11.30am. No black please. Family flowers only, donations in Stephen's memory, payable to Ambulance Services Benevolent Fund or Child Line, c/o W.H. Shephard, 93/94 High Street, Colchester, CO1 1TH.

    Dear Stephen, I still cant believe that you are gone...6 months have passed and it still makes no sense to me. I am keeping myself busy trainning for a 10K run in your memory and i have raised well over £1,000 already for the Mental Health Foundation.

    I am running 2-3 times a week and i am up to 5K already...i know that you would be proud of me.

    Missing you so so much xx

    I found out about Sis only recently - I am so sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts are with you Rachel and your family at what must be the hardest time for you all. xxx
