COLIN AUBREY SMITH 29/8/1935-24/9/2009 Passed away suddenly at home. Will be sadly missed by family and all his friends. Church Service to be held at St Augustines, Broadwater Road, SW17 followed by Cremation. No flowers, but donations to Great Ormond Street Childrens Charity.
