ARCHER On 11th October, 2009 at his home TREVOR ARCHER aged 58 years of Cark in Cartmel, Grange over Sands.The very dear father of Lorna, Joanne, Gillian and Edward. The funeral will take place at St John's The Baptist Church, Flookburgh, on Monday 26th October at 12.00 noon.

  • Miss you Dad

    I cannot tell you how much I miss my dad. We didn't see each other on a regular basis maybe two or three times a year but he was always there for me, just at the other end of the phone, if ever I needed him. Knowing that was sometimes enough. Now he is gone it isso difficult to come to terms with. I half expect him to walk through the door saying "Hello Gilly" (He was the only person that ever called me that!!).

    My deepest regret is that my three beautiful children will no longer see him or be ableto listen to the endless bedtime stories that he used to share with them which they loved so much.When he did visit us they had his undivided attention the whole time. I intend to keep those memories of him very much alive for them.

    I take great comfort in the knowledge that dad was surrounded by so many good and trusted friends and colleagues and that he spent so many happy times in Cark. It was a privilege to meet some of you when we visited last month.

  • We Miss You

    Thank you for your friendship throughout all these years. Thank you for all your care and thoughtfulness. Thank you for being such a wonderful person who always thought about others first. Thank you for being in my life and teaching me how to enjoy it.

  • Dearly missed

    Trevor was a dear friend even though we met but a few years ago because that was the type of person he was. He cherished those dear to him and took time to make them feel special even before his passing. Although he worked very hard, he was meticulous in his actions and took the time to do things in a special way with thought. In these days of immediate gratification, he gave unselfishly of his time to help others.

    I will always remember his wonderful imagination........ full of the promise of tomorrow. He could see possibility where others would see ruin.

    Those who suffer his loss, take time to go down memory lane and know he will be with you. May you take with you the wisdom he imparted..

    For his dear ones, know that he is always with you in spirit and his love surrounds you.. For he so loved those dear to him...

    God bless you and bring you peace knowing he is and always will be and will greet you in your passing.
