MACPHAIL — IAIN. Peacefully, at home, in Edinburgh, on 21st October, 2009, aged 71 years, Iain Duncan, The Hon. Lord Macphail, Senator of the College of Justice (Scotland), much loved husband of Rosslyn, father of David and Melissa. Funeral service at 11.30am, on Saturday, 31st October, at Mortonhall Crematorium, Main Chapel, Edinburgh. Family flowers only.
