  • Happy Birthday Hero

You were the best thing that ever happened to me and I’m still struggling to find the right words so for now I’ll just say thank you for loving me, thank you for being my hero and all round good guy and thank you for all the time we shared together – we lived our lives to the full and by your mantra of you only get one shot at it!

Miss you so much it’s unbearable.

    With all my love forever.

I love you loads and i miss you loads and you will always be in my heart. I love listening to all the stories Gran Maggie tells me about you both but it will never be the story of my dad setting a street on fire when he was 7. You had a WONDERFUL life and you were loved.

i will never forget the song: THAT'S AMORE that we would sing in the car when we were driving up to aberdeen!

Love you loads from Chunky Monkey xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Many thanks for the precious gift you gave me .You always said .....you would rather walk in the rain with your children ....than sit in the sun with anybody else. You will live on through them .Maggie

  • Memories

You left us so very quickly

    No time to say goodbye

We have asked ourselves so often

    WHY WHY WHY?

We had you for a little while

    You really made us smile

For all of us, you really would have walked

    That long last mile.

For those of us there gathered

On that special New Years Day

Saw you in top form, in such a happy way

You sent us home with laughter in our head and hearts

We shall always remember - what a lovely way to part

It was as if you were saying.............. ...

    'Remember me this way'

Thank you for looking after us so well, for making sure we had the best fuel, the best synthetic oil and not to mention taking our wheels off at least once a year to give them "A Proper Mouat Clean".

We will all miss you dreadfully and hope that you've not picked up too many tickets on those super highways in the sky.

    With all our love forever

  • Biker Boy or Mad Mechanic

well of the titles above i,d say a bit of both , but what a guy truly a head above the rest ,he is missed so much by so many people and always will be , the only man who needed a visa to visit Johnstone, but he always got one. I,m not alone in having fond and funny memories of Iain, and although we,ve lost him the memories live on. Mairi you are both in all our thoughts love Dee

We were shocked and saddened to hear the news about your Dad and wanted to let you know how very sorry we all are.I lost my own Dad when I was quite young so I know full well the grief you are experiencing.

Please know that we are sharing your grief at this very sad and difficult time.
