AITKEN — VIOLET. Peacefully, at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, on Sunday 10th January 2010, aged 90 years, Violet Elizabeth Aitken (Vi), formerly Lead Fire Control Officer, Glasgow Fire Service, beloved daughter of the late John and Eliza Aitken and dear sister of the late John. Funeral service at Daldowie Crematorium, Broomhouse, on Tuesday 19th January at 2.30pm.
