Peacefully, at the Astley Ainslie Hospital, Edinburgh, on 31st December 2007, Isobel Kirkpatrick Armstrong (nee Paterson), beloved wife of the late Dr David Mouat Armstrong, much loved and loving mother of Ian, Alan and Jane, mother-in-law of Muriel, Fiona and David, adoring grandmother (granny) of David, Michael, Angus, Sarah, Gilly, Hannah and Oliver and great-grandmother of Jessica, Jamie and Ruaridh, beloved sister of Mhairi and the late Kathleen (Kate) and Hamish.
