MASHITER JOHN LL.B passed away on June 9th 2010 aged 67 years. Beloved husband of Rosa, father of William and Richard and granddad of Emily. Much loved and much missed by all his family and friends. Born in Morecambe John attended Heversham Grammer School and then went on to achieve his law degree at Manchester University, practising initially in Morecambe and then moving to the South West in 1969, he was always very proud of his Northern roots, and regulary returned for many years, keeping in touch with family and his many childhood friends. Funeral service to be held at Glynn Valley Crematorium, Bodmin on Friday 18th June at 2.30pm.
