CARTER, David (Dave) William and his wife Joyce (Joy) Passed away on 21st June & 19th June 2010. Joint service of remembrance and cremation to take place at West Herts Crematorium on 7th July 2010 at 12.40pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to The M.E Association or Hospice of St Francis c/o M.K.Ginder & Sons, 170 St Albans Road, Watford, WD24 4AS. Tel: 01923 247427
