Report this message By Leah Elcock on 1st Aug 2010I am absolutely stumped to hear that you've left us for a short time. I will never, ever, forget the amazing nights out we used to have in Manchester and sunny Bolton. The memories are so vivid that it feels that it was only yesterday that we were worrying about which club to go to BUT more importantly - what clothes to wear! Those were the days. Our weekends started on Friday and ended on Sunday. Our nights out where some of the best times I've ever had. I can think of so many. I'mgoing to dig out some old photos... I have the fondest memories of you and Daisy the dog!
Sincere condolences to your family and partner Ian.
Alan, you will be immensely missed. I am so so glad that you were a part of my life. Thanks a millionfor the greattimes. Thank youfor simply being you.
Lots of Love

Report this message By Jamie Michael Ivison on 28th Jul 2010Dear Alan,
You were one of my dearest and closest friends for so many years. You have always been there for me. You made me laugh and made me smile so many times over the years.
We have shared so much together in our lives. Working together at Livingwell, living together, holidays, nights out and even just our lovely nights sat on the ‘Egg’ in Collyhurst putting the world to rights watching the sun go down over the city centre over a few drinks. I have so many great happy memories. I am proud to have had you as a best mate.
I really can’t believe you are gone. I have always thought about you most days ever since we met. That will never change. I know we hadn’t seen each other for a while but I always knew you were there for me and if you ever needed me, I'dbethere for you.
I just want to send my love and thoughts to Ian,your mum Joan, your sister Catherine andall of your family.
I will never forget you kidda. I will love you always..
