PAYMAN GEOFFREY BENNETT. Peacefully, after a short illness, at Gartnavel General Hospital, on 26th July, 2010, Geoff, aged 84 years, much loved uncle, friend and inspiration to many. Geoff was former Head of English at Glasgow Academy, scholar, traveller and mountaineer. In accordance with Geoffrey's wishes there will be no funeral and his body is bequeathed to medical science.
