ALAN BRIERCLIFFE ECCLES On Tuesday, August 17, 2010, peacefully in Royal Blackburn Hospital, Alan, aged 76 years. The dearly loved husband of Sheila, much loved dad of Mark and Ian, loving father-in-law of Sue, devoted grandad of Ben and Megan, dear brother-in-law of Pearl and uncle to Linda, Janice and Denise also a very special friend of Sasha. Service and cremation will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Thursday, August 26, at 2.00 p.m. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired may be made in memory of Alan to Cancer Research, c/o Alty Funeral Service.
