RIGBY Robert Vaughan (Bobby) Loving husband of the late Nan, proud and devoted father of Douglas and brother of Patricia and Brian and the late Evelyn and Martin. After a short aggressive illness, Bobby passed away gently, at The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice, Glasgow, on 30th August, 2010, in the presence of his loving family, who will sorely miss him as will the many friends he made throughout his social, business, club and volunteer lives. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, 8th September at St Joseph’s Church, Clarkston at 9.30am. Reception and vigil there on Tuesday, 6th September at 6pm. The family thank, with all their hearts, the entire staff at The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice who looked after Bobby in such a caring and dignified way. No flowers please but, perhaps, a donation instead to the hospice.
