CONLON John Henry (Jack). Passed peacefully away on 29th July 2008 after a long illness. He will be sadly missed by his Wife Jean, Sons, Daughters, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service to be held at Chelmsford Crematorium on Monday 11th August 2008 at 11.00am Family flowers only please, donations if desired to NEEDES. C/o G.
